OVERVIEW
This role reports to the Co-Founders of Engaged Recruiting & Consulting. The Technical Sourcer has an integral role in supporting the company and contributes to the overall success of the team by providing a high level of sourcing and technical recruiting. This position will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent for our clients. The selected individual will partner with Co-Founders to develop, communicate, and execute jointly on a recruiting plan unique to each specific requisition. It takes a process-oriented person with a high level of business acumen to handle the details of the role.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSBILITIES:
• Conduct in-depth screens and assess potential candidates for level of interest, qualifications, compensation requirements and convert hard-to-find passive talent through understanding of the business and employee value proposition.
• Develop and implement a sourcing strategy that is in line with the company’s talent acquisition approach.
• Enhance the organization’s ability to profile, isolate, attract, assess, and convert highly talented, elusive, and experienced candidates for hire.
• Act as a subject matter expert in prospecting techniques and tools used for information retrieval, data extraction, web-scraping, continuous process improvement, process automation, and customer relationship management.
• Play an essential role in tracking industry events, technology trends, and changes within the employment landscape which may impact existing best practices.
• Promotes employer brand when reaching out to candidates on various platforms.
• Other duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE
Qualifications:
• 6+ years of candidate sourcing and recruiting experience.
• Ability to analyze job descriptions and candidate profiles to determine target profile needs and appropriate match.
• Experiencing managing and prioritizing multiple searches project, and client relationships.
• Ability to work from home and have a laptop or PC.
• Good internet connection and able to provide an internet speed test.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, applicant tracking systems and social media channels.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with LinkedIn, LinkedIn recruiter, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and any other recruiting tools preferred.

DETAILS
• Remote
• Monday – Friday
• 40 hours per week
• Must be able to work during normal business hours in the Eastern Time Zone
• Bonus potential per placement
