We are looking for an experienced Technical Support Manager who is patient, customer orientated, and eager to build a new career in the fast paced crypto currency economy.

Our client is looking to hire qualified candidates immediately.

Job Title:
Technical Support Agent

Monthly Starting Salary (potential for bonuses & raises)
$1,100/USD

Hours:
8hrs/day FT – Philippine / EU hours
*Final schedule to be determined between Client & Agent

Required Skills and Experience
– 6+ years Technical Support Agent experience
– 3+ Technical Support in Finance industry (IMPORTANT)
– Direct management of Zendesk such as troubleshooting technical errors, setting up email templates, assisting with triggers, and integrating with other software.
– Worked on creating help centers and FAQ’s
– A technical understanding of CRMs and automating pipelines/communication channels
– The ability to configure marketing platforms like Braze or other email software
– Manage HTML & CSS (from an admin perspective)
– An understanding of onboarding systems and compliance systems
– Willing to work with clients directly for onboarding and troubleshooting account issues.
– Tracking and reporting on KPIs
– With experience handling sensitive client data

Bonus Skills and Experience
– Experience with crypto currency
– Manager skills not required but bonus
