The Role:
The Technical Support Assistant is responsible for working with the internal team to provide technical support and assistance for technical, software and hardware problems. They will troubleshoot common problems including software training and support, connection problems, slow performance, inability to access data, and inefficient programs.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
– Provide systems onboarding for new team members and ongoing training for team members.
– Troubleshoot software problems and provide actionable tips to resolve the issue
– Make recommendations for hardware changes when necessary
– Implement new systems and software by learning them and creating training for team members.
– Communicate with vendors and software helpdesks to troubleshoot issues.
– Managing company-wide systems including: Infusionsoft/Keap, Google Workspace, Slack, Performyard, Calendly, Fixyourfunnel, – Clickfunnels, and proprietary software.
Qualifications:
– Technical proficiency and problem-solving skills related to IT infrastructure; IT support and troubleshooting; and cloud-based environments (web-based applications).
– Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and conversational in the German language preferred.
– Professionalism in dealing with diverse groups of people, including senior executives, staff, customers, and vendors.
– Ability to make appropriate, informed decisions regarding priorities and available time.
– Ability to react with appropriate levels of urgency to situations and events that require quick response or turnaround.
– Able to maintain a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
– Ability to switch gears at a moment’s notice.
– Proven ability to work as a team player and a self-starter who can work independently, take initiative, and meet deadlines in a timely manner.
– Must be able to work in a virtual environment via telecommuting over high-speed internet access in a quiet and protected workspace free from background noise such that the performance of duties is done in the most professional manner.
– Consistent, positive attitude.
– Fluent in English and German
