American Company Looking for Technical Support / Customer Support Assistant
(NOTE: This is a direct hire, not an agency)

We are looking for an experienced Technical Support / Customer Support Assistant to join our team. Our company has been in business for over 20 years and is looking for a long-term stable worker to help in our team.

Your job will include setting up and troubleshooting client accounts and websites. You will also provide technical & customer support to our clients. This will be done using our support desk, live chat, and zoom.

Requirements:
Must speak English with a neutral accent and type in English with good grammar
Must have knowledge WordPress, Beaver Builder, HTML and CSS
Reliable high speed Internet service
Ability to work during Pacific Time
Quiet work space is a must
Must have strong work ethic and be willing to do a high volume of written responses

We are looking for exceptional people that have extremely good English speaking & written skills. As the majority of what will be done on a day to day basis is both written & verbal, we need people that feel at home in the English language and understand the nuances of the language.

Previous experience with WordPress is required.

Your English needs to be perfect in order for us to consider you. Please do not apply unless you are VERY confident in your English speaking skills and have experience in technical support. You will be speaking directly with clients using zoom calls so this is imperative.
