Nautical Staffing is looking for several Technical Support Representatives. This is for our major US-based client that provides data center services.
You will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our clients, ensuring the optimal performance of their data center infrastructure. Your primary duties include (but are not limited to) the following:
• Responding to client inquiries and technical issues via tickets, emails, and possibly calls
• Diagnosing technical issues and identify the appropriate team/s to which the problem should be routed
• Documenting activities, solutions, and best practices for knowledge sharing and continuous improvement
• Participating in proactive measures and emergency response procedures as needed
• Assisting clients with other relevant concerns
Qualifications:
• Working knowledge of data centers is strictly required
• Experience in ticket management is strictly required
• Experience in providing technical support related to data centers is highly preferred
• Must be comfortable communicating with clients via tickets, emails, and possibly calls
• Must be highly trainable and have excellent communications skills
Below are the available schedules:
Tech Support 1 (weekday overnight) – $1,150/month
(36 hrs/week; part-time)
Monday to Thursday, 8pm – 5am (US Pacific time)
Tech Support 2 (weekend) – $920/month
(29 hrs/week; part-time)
Friday 7pm – 12am Saturday (5 hrs) US Pacific time
Saturday 8am – 4pm Saturday (8 hrs) US Pacific time
Sunday 12am – 8am Sunday (8 hrs) US Pacific time
Sunday 4pm – 12am Monday (8 hrs) US Pacific time
Tech Support 3 (weekend) – $920/month
(29 hrs/week; part-time)
Saturday 12am – 8am Saturday (8 hrs) US Pacific time
Saturday 4pm – 12am Sunday (8 hrs) US Pacific time
Sunday 8am – 4pm Sunday (8 hrs) US Pacific time
Monday 12am – 5am Monday (5 hrs) US Pacific time
Tech Support 4 (weekday daytime) – $1,360/month
(40 hrs/week; full-time)
Monday to Friday, 11am – 8pm (US Pacific time)
