About The Role
Our client is looking for a Spare Part Interpreter to support our team and customers. Using your existing experience in a similar role, you will be specialising in white goods appliance spare parts, responding to customer inquiries, quotes, sales, and general administration.

What You Will Do
• Taking and responding to inbound calls from onsite technicians
• Quoting on appliance spare parts (domestic & commercial)
• Undertaking payments for jobs over the phone via credit card
• Minor administration and office tasks
• Repairs to appliances in a workshop (not mandatory but is desired)

Who You Are
• Must have strong whitegoods spare parts knowledge, must be able to work with exploded views, part numbers, pricing etc.
• Demonstrated experience with spare parts
• Strong organisational, written, and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously and within a team
• Capability to multitask and work under pressure
• Excellent computer skills (Salesforce experience is desired)
• Previous experience as an appliance repairer would be a great bonus
