Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Technical Support Specialist to manage and support the technical operations of our company. This role involves setting up email accounts, managing WordPress sites, providing email support, hosting site management, and collaborating with team members to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.

Responsibilities
Email Account Management:
– Set up and configure new email accounts for employees.
– Troubleshoot and resolve email issues.

WordPress Management:
– Install, configure, and update WordPress sites.
– Manage WordPress themes, plugins, and customizations.
– Ensure website security and performance optimization.

Technical Support:
– Provide technical support for email and client-related issues.
– Respond to and resolve support tickets in a timely manner.
– Maintain documentation of technical procedures and troubleshooting guides.

Hosting Management:
– Manage web hosting accounts and server configurations.
– Monitor server performance and uptime.
– Implement and maintain backup solutions.

Team Collaboration:
– Work closely with other team members to complete projects and tasks on time.
– Assist in the planning and execution of technical projects.
– Communicate effectively with non-technical team members to understand and address their needs.

General IT Support:
– Assist with general IT support tasks as needed.
– Provide training and support to team members on technical tools and systems.

Qualifications
