Job Description

Mission:
The mission for this role is to enhance our clients’ experience by providing top-notch technical support and guidance, improving their onboarding and customer service experience.

Key Responsibilities:
– Provide technical support to clients via email and live call, addressing their concerns and queries.
– Improve and create help guides to enhance customer satisfaction and reduce ticket submission rates.
– Host live support Q&A sessions to foster relationships with clients and elevate their support experience.
– Collaborate with the team to resolve customer issues and share knowledge.
– Document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions accurately.
– Contribute to team growth by sourcing and referring potential A-players for the Technical Support Specialist role.

Expected Outcomes:
– Lower subscriber churn rate from 18% to 8% by the end of 2024.
– Increase our trial conversion rate from 59% to 75% by the end of 2024.
– Elevate customer satisfaction through improved help guides and relationship-building initiatives.

Qualifications:
– Proficiency in the GoHighLevel platform and familiarity with other CRM systems. This is a MUST to have!
– Basic understanding of programming languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
– Strong troubleshooting skills.
– Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly.
– Patience, empathy, and strong customer service skills.
– Knowledge of real estate principles, especially as our GoHighLevel Whitelabel is tailored for real estate investment or wholesale companies.
– Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
– Effective time management skills with the capability to handle a high volume of customer interactions.
