Job Overview: We seek a versatile and proactive Technical Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a diverse technical skill set spanning multiple technical disciplines, enabling them to tackle a wide range of tasks and projects. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting our technology infrastructure and systems by troubleshooting issues, implementing solutions, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities:
CRM Management: Proficient in managing CRM systems, specifically HubSpot, with experience in service, marketing, and sales modules. Should be able to set up and customize workflows, manage customer data, and implement automation.
Analytics Expert: With expertise in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and other analytics tools like Screaming Frog. Should be capable of analyzing website traffic, tracking key metrics, and generating actionable insights to optimize organizational initiatives and campaigns.
Payment Processing: Have experience with payment gateways like Stripe. Should be able to manage transactions, troubleshoot payment issues, and ensure secure payment processing.
Project Management Support: Individuals with strong project management skills who can assist in creating and organizing tasks, setting timelines, and coordinating projects effectively. Familiarity with agile project management methodologies (sprints). Experience with project management tools like Jira is a plus.
WordPress Administrator and Content Developer: Proficient in WordPress administration, including website maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting. Candidate should also have skills in page building, content auditing, and development to assist with website content management.
Email Marketing: Experience with email marketing execution. Should be capable of building templated emails, manipulating image and copy assets, and generally be familiar with email delivery best practices.
