We are actively searching for an experienced Level 2/3 Technical Support Specialist. In this position, your primary responsibility will be to support our managed services environment, with a specific focus on Microsoft 365 Business Premium and E3/E5 environments.
Your demonstrated expertise in onboarding organizations with diverse infrastructures, such as Google, On Prem/Hybrid environments, and Microsoft Home, to an M365 Business Premium or E3/E5 environment is crucial for success in this role.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
– Provide Level 2/3 technical support to our clients, with a focus on resolving issues related to OneDrive, SharePoint, and LastPass password management.
– Manage and maintain M365 Business Premium and E3/E5 environments, including Azure AD and Intune.
– Implement and maintain Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions.
– Onboard organizations transitioning from various infrastructures to M365 Business Premium or E3/E5 environments.
– Understand and utilize Datto Backup and recovery solutions, backing up critical cloud-based applications like Xero as necessary.
– Execute cybersecurity strategies and implement appropriate security controls.
– Work collaboratively with a team to improve processes, tools, systems, and services.
– Communicate effectively with both team members and clients, providing clear updates and maintaining a positive working relationship.
Education and Work Experience:
– Minimum of 2 years’ experience onboarding organizations from infrastructures such as Google, On Prem / Hybrid environments, Microsoft Home through to a M365 Business Premium or E3/E5 environment.
– Strong experience in a managed services environment.
– Deep knowledge of M365 Business Premium and E3/E5, including support and administration.
– Demonstrated experience with Azure AD and Intune.
– Proficient understanding of LastPass password management system at a business level.
– Familiarity with Datto Backup and recovery solutions.
– Strong experience in cybersecurity practices and implementing security controls.
– Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
– Exceptional customer service skills.
Desired Skills/Experience:
– MCP Certified
– Experience with Single Sign-On (SSO) implementation.
– Previous experience supporting small businesses (1-15 people).
– Certifications in cybersecurity or related field are a plus.
