Job Description

Role: Remote Desktop Support Specialist (Windows and macOS)
BPO Experience: Minimum of 7 years
Contract: Full-time (160 – 180 hours monthly)
Schedule: 9 AM to 6 PM EST or 1 PM to 10 PM EST
Rate: 60,000 monthly
Availability to Start: IMMEDIATELY
Tech Stack: Windows 7/8/10/11, macOS, Chromebooks, Android, Apple devices

We need good technicians who have experience with advanced technical accounts in BPO such as, but not limited to places like OEM computer manufacturers, Microsoft, Norton, McAfee, clients who are MSP, remote support positions with direct U.S.-based clients, and more. Any place where you have gotten lots of hardcore experience working with operating system troubleshooting and repair for home-based and business users who are in the United States.

We are looking for a tech specialist who is fluent and conversational in the American English accent and has a lot of experience working with different OS issues on Windows and Mac computers. And who is also comfortable to remote on Chromebooks, iOS, and Android devices and assist customers with those too.

We are troubleshooting over the phone and remotely for a wide range of technical problems with home users and businesses and are looking for an expert who has already been around the block many times with U.S. callers and knows how to work well with them and troubleshoot and fix a broad range of software and hardware problems.

We do not provide any technical training and expect that you already know everything AND that you also already know how to find the answers online to difficult problems that you have not encountered yet.
