About The Role

The Accounts and Testing Lead will delegate and monitor Account Creation team’s activities. This person will ensure that the goals and tasks are well-defined and objectives are clearly communicated within his team and is expected to create and manage the team’s schedules.

This person will lead and motivate his team members to perform their respective duties and functions to meet requests and requirements. This person will oversee team members’ performance, provide them feedback and guidance, and, support and identify their development and training needs. This person will be asked to train and coach staff to improve the team’s performance and help out the team in specific account creation tasks when the workload becomes greater.

This person will help to ensure that the system in creating and maintaining purchasing accounts are in place, enforced efficiently and reviewed (and updated) periodically. This person will make sure that the team creates purchasing accounts in an accurate, timely, and cost-effective manner upon request. This person will help uphold the security of the company and ensure all sensitive information is stored securely and properly.

The Accounts and Testing Lead will perform periodic review and analysis on purchasing accounts and all relevant variables or factors to maintain and improve the standards in handling and management of purchasing accounts. This person will generate test plans, conduct, assist and monitor purchasing tests including documentation and troubleshooting and is responsible in doing data analysis on all the purchasing tests that will be carried out.

This person is expected to collaborate with various departments to establish and maintain protocols and gather necessary requirements harmoniously. This person will interact with various vendors to ensure accounts are loaded and updated regularly so that related systems continue to function properly.

This person is in-charge in suggesting and implementing process improvements and is the owner of ALL successes and failures related to creating accounts and all elements of the business that are affected by that system.

Other responsibilities include:

Periodic update to the Manager on all issues related to accounts is vital to ensure that operations will be smooth and continuous
Resetting account passwords and ensuring that all systems are updated with current passwords
Regular creation of various purchasing accounts
Interactions with vendors
Ensuring accounts are up to date with accurate information
Mastering the systems and raise questions if things are unclear or are needing clarifications
Identifying system inefficiencies and develop and implement new improvements
Propose KPIs and metrics that will help evaluate and maintain quality work
Evaluate established KPIs periodically
Use of data analysis to discover and collect useful information, recommend solutions to problems and utilize processed information for better decision making
Organize and maintain related data references

Additional Requirements:

Experience on IT-related troubleshooting tasks especially for emails, web servers and domains is a plus
Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Business, Computer Science, Information Technology or another quantitative field
Good English verbal and written communication skills
Six Sigma certified, at least Yellow Belt, is a requirement
Must have the flexibility to adapt to rotating work shifts, including rendering of overtime when needed
