Job Description

The Role: * The Technical Virtual Assistant is a leadership position, overseeing all existing and prospective customer engagements for a diverse, thriving, Technology consultancy. This role entails leadership of an engagement management, user experience and business analysis . This role is for someone with the ability and experience in technology and Sales, from strategically shaping engagements to mitigating financial risk. strongly believe that the success of our clients and your team means you are successful. Objectively, you will be measured by growth within clients, retention within your team, and client feedback. You approach your work with empathy for both clients and internal teams, naturally engendering trust and inspiring others. You recognize issues that put a project or account at risk and bring in the appropriate people to see the issue to resolution. *Key Responsibilities: * * Break down complex projects into their deliverables, Managing project plans from scratch * For long running projects, help us get to a point we’re running them as 2 week sprints internally even though we don’t release to production * Providing education, leadership and facilitation on agile processes, with customers and internally * Assisting the teams with planning to deliver in a well-balanced & timely manner * Understand technical & functional goals of a release, not just function as a * Review and report on resource levels, levels of efficiency, and productivity * Tailor client engagement practices to shape them to be the best project management approach for each client *From development, quality assurance, sales, marketing and leadership to create implementation plans and processes * Evangelize for the best tools and processes to our business successful *Skills and Experience Required: * * 5+ years’ experience in Technology and interfacing with customer, can Learn software platforms and master them quickly * Authorized to work lawfully in the United States of America * 10+ years of client-facing, consulting experience for technology solutions * Ability to understand and express technical concepts to non-technical individuals * Solid understanding of project management, workflow and infrastructure * Strong knowledge of web development technologies * * Passionate about sharing your knowledge with team members and customers * Exceptional verbal and written communication skills (perfectionism is a plus here) * Ability to define solutions that will generate measurable results for the client * Financial acumen and advanced insight into business processes * Ability to work calmly under pressure, with a positive and solutions-based attitude * Possess a working style that demonstrates and encourages resilience, determination, and adaptability * Demonstrated experience running medium to large engagements * Experience with * Experience with Office, Excel, word plus Job Type:Part time
