Peak Support, a rapidly growing outsourcing firm serving some of today’s most innovative companies, is seeking exceptional Communication/Product Trainer to join our growing team.

The role of the Training Associate is to develop materials and facilitate new-hire training and/or upskilling for PS team members in the areas of communication and program mastery. Aside from this, the Trainer provides support for PS Service Delivery in new program/LOB launches, training facilitation, nesting, and training process documentation. The Training Associate also collaborates with Team Leads, QA, Client Services, and PS clients to develop and maintain learning resources for team ideal candidate shall have the capacity to facilitateadult learningand high-level technical skills, preferably on SQL.

Duties and Responsibilities:
•Conduct Training for new-hire and existing team members –Training includes but are not limited to the following,
oNew Hire TrainingoProject/Program Specific TrainingoSoft Skills Training
oCommunication Skills Training
oUpskill TrainingoRefresher Training
•Develop training materials as needed and modify/maintain existing ones–Materials include but are not limited to:
oProject PrimersoProcess DocumentsoJob Aids/Supplemental KB
oFacilitator’s Guide
•Collaborate with fellow Trainers, Team Leads, clients, and team members on account-specific Training needs
•Maintain existing database of all Training data and materials of all accounts supported by Training. Training materials must be updated on both the HQ Training SharePointand Project SharePoint.
•Time block own schedule based on a 40-hour work week, moving shifts/hours around to ensure reasonable coverage for program/s within his/her support scope
•Track time efficiently on Time Doctor to ensure that it is not paused unnecessarilyto prevent “Not Working” intervals.
•Update the individual Time Allocation reports.
•Attend Training meetings/huddles/touch base sessions•Attend and participate in individualcoaching sessions to ensure continuous learning an improvement.
•Attend meetings/huddles/touch base sessions scheduled by Service Delivery. These meetings may include but are not limited toL

oUpdates Meetings
•Stay up to date with PS Training Central processes and SOPs by reading emails and Teams messages.

Requirements and Qualifications:
•Excellent language skills on both written and oral communication
•Proficient in MS Office tools
•Experience with technologies and best practices for material development and virtual training delivery
•Strict adherence to the PS Core Values
•Strong leadership and collaboration skills with the flexibility to work with multiple programs
•Great interpersonal skills and communication on all levels
•Proactive, able to prioritize, and manage time and resources well
•Consistently and efficiently delivers training needs
•Logical thinker, highly technical, keenattention to detail
