We are looking for a virtual assistant who is very technical. You should know your way around a lot of different types of software and you pick up on new softwares fast.
You should speak english to a high level as you will need to reply to emails everyday.
You will be paid for 4 hours each day, but your work schedule is as follows:
1. 9am to midday EST working (3-hours)
2. You will then check our email accounts at 3 times throughout the day – 2pm est, 4pm est, 6pm est
So you’re paid for 4 hours, but some days you may only work 3 hours as there won’t be many emails to reply to. Also, sometimes when our cold-email campaigns are running and everything is going well, the 3-hours you do work won’t be very busy and there may only be 2 hours of work to do. Especially as you work in the role for longer and you can complete the tasks faster. It isn’t like a job where you need to answer the phone for your entire shift, if you finish your tasks early then the rest of your shift is a breeze.
For context, we run a number of different service businesses and use cold-outbound marketing to get customers for these businesses.
Part of our cold-outbound marketing strategy is COLD EMAIL.
You will be required to manage our cold-email strategy:
– scrape leads with scrapebox (we will show you exactly how to do this)
– verify the leads with our verification tool (we will show you exactly how to do this)
– use our email software to send out emails
– use our email management software to manage our email accounts
– manage proxies (our email accounts have proxies assigned to them)
– report on the performance of our email marketing (each day you will report how many emails were sent, how many leads we acquired, etc etc)
You will also be required to check the email inboxes of our email accounts and send email replies to the leads who respond to our cold emails.
