Technical VA – Automated Funnel Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Virtual Assistant to set up and streamline an automated funnel system from inception to execution. We are an online consultancy business committed to enhancing our online presence and maximizing our digital marketing efforts.

Position Overview:

As a Tech VA specializing in automated funnels, your primary responsibility will be to design, implement, and manage our automated funnel strategy utilizing WordPress, FunnelKit, and Flodesk. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of digital marketing, proficiency in these platforms, and a proven track record of setting up successful automated funnels and email campaigns.

Responsibilities:

– Configure and optimize FunnelKit within WordPress to create high-converting sales funnels, landing pages, and relevant pages based on provided content and design guidelines.
– Set up and manage email automations, sequences, and campaigns using Flodesk to engage and nurture leads throughout the funnel process.
– Integrate third-party tools and software to enhance funnel performance, ensuring smooth transitions and functionality across different platforms.
– Monitor and analyze funnel performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimizations to maximize conversion rates, open rates, and overall success.

Requirements:

– Proven experience working as a Technical Virtual Assistant or in a similar role, specifically setting up automated funnels, email automations, and integrations.
– Proficiency in WordPress, FunnelKit, and Flodesk is a must. Experience with other relevant tools and platforms is a plus.
– Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, sales funnel strategies, and email marketing best practices.
– Excellent communication skills
– Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions to optimize funnel performance.
