Job Description

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are looking for a highly organized and efficient Virtual Assistant who provides amazing support to our team + students, is great at setting up systems, and really enjoys playing with the tech side of things and ideally have a long-term relationship.
Supporting the business daily, you’ll be the first to jump on board, automate our processes, make tech recommendations to the team and adopt new tools or systems when needed.

Location: Our team is 100% remote

Key Areas of Focus:
• Setting Up Systems and Providing Program, Student, and Team support related to our software support.
• Setting up email + other automation to create ease in our program delivery
• Tracking Stats + Metrics
• Documenting tech processes

• Is available around 25 – 40 hours per week, option to increase hours as we get to know each other (or can work into this within a month)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Schedule, format, and send email campaigns inside of ActiveCampaign
• Automate data across systems with Zapier + Make
• Strategize and implement systems to help the company function more efficiently (Systems Set Up & Automation)
• Follow, create and update Standard Operating Procedures (and make recommendations for improvement)
• Track important company metrics and prepare reports
• Stay up to date with tech features and effective integrations
• Inform team and students about any tech changes and support as needed
• Test tech systems and ensure any errors are fixed immediately including set up and test tech for webinars, funnels, and any new systems
• Upload and embed videos to Vimeo, YouTube, WordPress
• Provide technical support for team members, students, and community
• Track software expenses + conduct tech audits to ensure we are effectively using tech platforms
• Set up the best tech customer experience available: Zoom, webinars, social media launches, whatever the newest + best is, find it and set it up with excellence
