Technical Virtual Assistant

We are currently seeking experienced Virtual Assistants to support our IT consulting business.

About us:
Our IT consulting company has been providing clients with digital solutions for the past 5 years, transforming their ideas into successful digital products.

Responsibilities:
– Support the team by streamlining the hiring and onboarding process. This will involve reaching out to candidates, pre-screening them, and scheduling interviews.
– Contribute to documentation for all subjects, including hiring and onboarding, team wikis, etc.
– Learn and gain experience in our business, and help guide new hires with their needs.
– Complete additional on-demand tasks when necessary.

Requirements:
– Availability for full-time work and no other employment commitments.
– Fluent English proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
– Keen attention to detail.
– Fast learner who can adapt quickly to new tasks and requirements.
– Hard-working and committed to meeting deadlines.
– Availability to work within US time zones, with Central Time (CT) preferred.
– Bonus: experience in technical recruiting.
– Bonus: experience in software development.

Interview Process:
– Coderbyte video assessment, where you will answer behavioral questions on video.
– Final interview with the engineering manager, where you will learn more about our business and ask any questions.

Period:
– We offer a PAID trial period, with a commitment of 4 hours per day.
– If we decide to move forward with you after the trial period, you will be offered a full-time contract position.
