Technical Virtual Assistant

Job Description:

We are seeking a tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to support us in tasks that require a more technical touch. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on challenges, loves diving into the intricacies of new software, and has a knack for finding solutions autonomously. An important aspect of this role will involve collaborating with other freelancers to ensure seamless execution of tasks and communicating via video, including creating Loom videos.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in various tech-related tasks and projects.
Quickly adapt to and learn new software applications as needed.
Troubleshoot and find solutions autonomously using resources like Google, YouTube, ChatGPT, etc.
Collaborate with other freelancers to ensure tasks are executed effectively and efficiently.
Create Loom videos to showcase or explain processes and tasks.
Engage in video chats as necessary during working hours to discuss tasks and updates.
Ensure a deep understanding of tasks and instructions, maintaining meticulous attention to detail.

Working Hours:

9 am to 1 pm EDT (Monday to Friday).
A slight adjustment in hours can be discussed if necessary.

Requirements:

Strong technical aptitude.
Proven experience with various software platforms and quick adaptability to new ones.
Comfortable creating and sharing content via Loom.
Open to video chats for clear and effective communication.
Excellent research skills with the ability to resolve issues and learn without significant hand-holding.
Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to understanding tasks thoroughly.
Strong communication skills and experience in collaborating with other professionals.
Ability to work in the specified time zone (EDT).

Compensation:

$6/hr.
Payments will be processed every Monday evening.
