We are looking for a dedicated individual to manage to help fulfill technical client and business projects. Upon an initial period, and if the fit makes sense, there will be more additional opportunities to handle more clients, expand your knowledge, and make more income as DDM continues to grow.

Job Description
This position will focus on customer acquisition for current clients. The main responsibilities include contacting all internet and advertising leads via call, text, and chat. Upon contact, you will provide prospects with a list of client services offered as well as following best practices to convert each prospect into a customer. One must be energetic, motivated, and well-spoken to close appointments and increase overall revenue.

Primary Responsibilities
Assist in coordinating projects and ensuring timely task completion.
Provide technical support to team members and clients, resolving issues effectively.
Analyze data and generate insightful reports to aid decision-making processes.
Manage communication channels, including emails, scheduling, and virtual calendars.
Support various administrative tasks and maintain organized digital files.
Contacting internet and advertising leads via call, text, and chat
Follow best practices in order to enhance conversions
Record notes and transactions either in a spreadsheet or customer relationship management software
Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with potential clients

Requirements & Qualifications

Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar technical role.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Familiarity with HTML coding for basic web editing.
Proficient in using project management tools and Microsoft Office suite.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
Able to respond to potential clients quickly within 10 minutes or less
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable making phone calls and answering messages via text or chat
Persuasive and goal-oriented
Energetic, welcoming, and friendly in attitude and demeanor
Strong attention to detail
Eager to expand business with new sales, clients, and territories

Compensation will be based on experience.
