We are searching for a highly skilled Technical Virtual Assistant proficient in Active Campaign, Go High Level, email campaign management, website editing across platforms like Clickfunnels, Squarespace, and Wix, and possessing expertise in creating order forms and payment links using Thrivecart.

Responsibilities:

Efficiently manage and execute email campaigns using Active Campaign and Go High Level, including creation, scheduling, and analyzing campaign performance.
Develop, implement, and optimize workflows within Active Campaign and Go High Level to automate processes and enhance customer interactions.
Maintain and update landing pages and websites on Clickfunnels, Squarespace, and Wix, ensuring a user-friendly and engaging experience.
Create precise and operational order forms and payment links using Thrivecart or similar platforms.
Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail while performing tasks and promptly resolving any technical issues within platforms.
Proficiently utilize Calendly for scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and creating workflows to streamline appointment processes.
Requirements:

Advanced proficiency in Active Campaign and Go High Level for efficient email campaign management, workflow creation, and automation.
Demonstrated experience in editing and managing websites on platforms such as Clickfunnels, Squarespace, and Wix.
Ability to create order forms and payment links efficiently using Thrivecart or similar platforms.
Proactive attitude towards learning new platforms and technologies.
Strong attention to detail and proactive problem-solving abilities.
Working knowledge of presentation tools like PowerPoint, graphic design software such as Canva, and document management using Google Docs.
Familiarity with project management software like Asana and Trello for efficient task management and collaboration.
