Technical Virtual Assistant (Tech VA) for Digital Marketing Agency/Solopreneur

Hi! I’m a solopreneur specializing in email marketing and copywriting for service providers and e-commerce brands.

I’m currently scaling to an agency and hiring some great first team members.

I understand the challenges of navigating the technical aspects of online business, and our agency is looking for a Tech VA who can become our tech backbone, ensuring our digital operations run smoothly and efficiently.

The Role:
I’m seeking a highly skilled Technical Virtual Assistant (Tech VA) with a passion for technology, a knack for problem-solving, and the ability to make the digital world easier for me. You’ll handle the tech behind my business, from website updates to setting up sales funnels, managing email lists, and beyond.

Your work will free me to focus more on creativity, client engagement, and business growth.

Also, I’m someone who values your input, and would love to see you grow with the team! As the agency grows, there will be tons of opportunity for raises and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

– Regular updates and maintenance on our WordPress website (on Elementor), ensuring optimal performance and SEO.
– Develop and manage sales funnels and sales pages, enhancing our lead generation and conversion processes.
– Efficiently manage our email lists, including segmentation, automation setup, and campaign optimization.
– Assist in creating and updating online course content as needed, ensuring a seamless learning experience for our users (currently using Thrivecart)
– Design and implement landing and sales pages that convert.
– Apply SEO best practices to all our digital content, improving our search engine ranking and online presence.
– Be able to set up and navigate Google Analytics, and other data tools as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

– Proven experience as a Tech VA, with a strong background in WordPress (Elementor), and a keen eye for UX/UI design.
– Proficiency in automations and systems setup for business efficiency.
– Knowledge of SEO strategies and implementations to enhance content visibility.
– Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to handling tech challenges.
– A collaborative spirit, able to work closely with our remote team and communicate effectively.
– If you have knowledge of Zapier or Click to view, that is a plus!
– Design experience is needed so that you understand how the website should be styled.
