Job Description:

We seek a highly skilled and motivated Virtual Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in website design, marketing (Google and Facebook), REIReply, and Podio automation integration. Experience in cold calling is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Website Design:

Create, design, and maintain company websites.
Ensure websites are user-friendly, responsive, and visually appealing.
Implement updates and improvements as needed.
Marketing:

Develop and manage online marketing campaigns on Google and Facebook.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to optimize results.
Create engaging content and advertisements to drive traffic and conversions.
REIReply:

Set up and manage REIReply workflows.
Integrate REIReply with other tools and platforms.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to REIReply.
Podio Automation Integration:

Design and implement Podio automations to streamline business processes.
Integrate Podio with other applications and systems.
Maintain and update automation as needed.
Cold Calling (Optional):
Conduct cold calls to potential clients or customers.
Qualify leads and schedule appointments.
Maintain detailed records of calls and follow-ups.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in website design, with a strong portfolio of previous work.
Proficiency in managing Google and Facebook marketing campaigns.
Hands-on experience with REIReply and Podio automation integration.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience in cold calling is a plus.
Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of SEO best practices.
Familiarity with graphic design tools and software.
Experience with other CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
