I am looking for a technical marketing assistant who is very proficient in the platforms and tools listed below. If you don’t meet ALL of the requirements I ask that you don’t apply since I’m looking for a very specific individual.
Once you submit the initial application I will ask a few things from you to confirm your expertise such as Google sheet formulas, webflow landing pages, and previous Facebook and Google ad campaign performance and management.
It is a bonus to have graphic design and video editing skills. Not required, but if you are efficient in Premiere Pro and Photoshop please include that in your application.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Management and Analysis: Export data from HubSpot and leverage advanced Google Sheets formulas for tracking and reporting purposes. Training materials will be provided for specific tasks.
Facebook Advertising: Manage all aspects of Facebook ad campaigns, including setting up custom URL/UTM parameters, conducting split tests on creative elements, and targeting through geographic regions, custom audiences, and remarketing campaigns.
Google Ads Management: Oversee Google Ads campaigns, including the use of Search Console and Tag Manager. Conduct brand, competitor, and keyword research and manage campaigns accordingly.
HubSpot Automation & Lead Management: Utilize HubSpot for marketing automation, lead management, and conversion/sales tracking to optimize marketing efforts.
B2B Email Marketing: Develop and manage B2B email segmentation and marketing strategies to effectively reach and engage target audiences.
Content and Design: The ability to use Adobe Premiere Pro is a plus. Create and update landing pages using Webflow, aligning with campaign needs. Note: In terms of graphic design im referring to Photoshop NOT CANVA.
Miscellaneous Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, list building, and potentially some public relations activities via email.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in digital marketing, especially with tools like Google Sheets, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, HubSpot, and Webflow.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in managing data and generating insightful reports.
Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro and Photoshop is highly desirable.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Self-motivated with strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.

This is a remote, part-time position requiring 20 hours per week.
Compensation is $400 per month. Salary will be paid out bi-weekly and is flexible to change depending on experience and performance.
