We are seeking a technically proficient Virtual Assistant to join our team and assist with workflow automation, business process analysis, and other technical tasks.
Responsibilities:
– Develop and manage workflow automation using tools such as , Integromat, Zapier, Pabbly, or similar platforms.
– Conduct business process analysis and documentation to identify areas for improvement and automation.
– Implement API integrations to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
– Utilize low-code or no-code tools like or to create and maintain applications.
– Manage productivity suites such as SmartSuite, Asana, and to enhance team collaboration and project management.
– Use Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Drive) to create and maintain documents and spreadsheets.
– Develop and maintain dashboards using Looker Studio to provide actionable insights and data visualization.
Qualifications:
– Proven experience in workflow automation using , Integromat, Zapier, Pabbly, or similar tools.
– Strong understanding of business process analysis and documentation.
– Experience with API integrations.
– Proficiency in low-code or no-code tools like or .
– Familiarity with productivity suites such as SmartSuite, Asana, and .
– Advanced skills in Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Drive).
– Experience with dashboard tools like Looker Studio.
– Excellent technical communication skills and the ability to engage in technical discussions.
– Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
– Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
– Previous experience in a virtual assistant role is a plus.
