After heavily investing in developing our service, we’re looking for a star performer who shares our vision and wants to take ownership of writing technical content for the brand.
Responsibilities
Write simple and thorough copy for help and API docs for new features
Update existing help and API docs to reduce confusion based on feedback from our clients and the support team
Work with product managers, product marketing, engineers, and customer support to produce and maintain world-class documentation, including User Guides, Integration Guides, and API Developer Guides
Learn complex concepts, and communicate the information in a way that is engaging and understood by users.
Write for a variety of audiences, such as developers, programmers, and scrapers
Integrate use case and functional data into user documentation and examples
Gather customer feedback on documentation to improve usability
Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking documentation work to meet product release dates and client deliverables.
Requirements
High-level written and verbal English communication skills
Attention to detail
Self-motivated
Problem solver, not a problem creator
Deep understanding of the internet and technology
Ability to work independently
Innovative and creative
Slack, Google Mail, Google Sheets, etc.
Ability to learn tools like Ahrefs, Moz, Hunter, Snov, Email Finder tools, Validation Tools, Linkedin Tools, etc.
Have a mic and webcam for meetings
Isn’t scared of a process document
