As a Resume Writer at Leopard, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our candidates’ marketability within our network. Your primary responsibilities include conducting detailed consultations with candidates to extract their unique skills and career aspirations, advising them on optimal resume presentation, and managing follow-up communications via phone and email.
Key Responsibilities:
– Engage directly with candidates to gather comprehensive information about their professional background and career goals.
– Craft tailored resumes and cover letters that highlight candidates’ strengths and align with targeted opportunities within the Leopard network.
– Coordinate with the marketplace team to align on candidate positioning and job opportunities.
– Ensure seamless communication with candidates through systematic follow-ups.
– Potentially own the equivalent work on the client side, aka writing and iterating on the company’s leopard bios, which involves research of a company’s culture, work life balance, market opportunity and more.
Requirements:
– Ability to work flexibly with some overlap in US PST or EST hours. The more the better
– Exceptional communication skills, with a strong emphasis on phone and email correspondences.
– Proven writing expertise, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to create compelling narratives.
