Good day,
We are a fitness software startup company that is working on changing the online fitness industry and how personal trainers interact with their online clients.
We believe in helping certified personal trainers by teaching them how to evolve their careers into a profession with the use of our education and software while bringing clarity through our marketplace to clients looking for an online personal trainer. We are in the business of forever changing the online personal training/health coaching industry.
We are looking to add a new Technical Writer with a relevant background in customer service that will be able to assist us with creating operational documents, step-by-step app tutorials, and objective content for our software/website.
Our Company Stage:
We are currently in the final stages of the development of our software and have begun building our team to execute our vision for the launch and success of this exciting new project.
You should possess excellent writing, grammar, communication, and researching skills since you will need to become an expert in what you are writing about and then convey the message in the most simple/comprehensive way possible. Additionally, it would be ideal if you already have some experience with any of the following;
– Research writing
– Technical writing
– Educational writing
– Content writing
Some of your initial jobs will be to help draft the instructions for our database of 2,500 exercises which we have gathered and create comprehensive instructions for clients to easily understand exactly how to do each exercise. Additionally, you will help our team draft the instructions for using our software so that our voiceover specialist and video editor can create our video instructions.
Ideally, you are a very systems-oriented individual with strong scheduling skills and pay extremely close attention to detail in all aspects of work.
We expect you to be a great writer with a systematic approach to research that allows you to then convey complex operations into simple to understand instructions.
This position is for someone who is looking to work full-time for multiple years and grow within our company by learning new skills and adding value to your work by applying the new skill learned along the way.
