Role and Responsibilities:
– Process Optimization: Analyze and revamp existing work procedures to enhance efficiency and speed using advanced technology solutions.
– Microsoft Expertise: Leverage Microsoft tools such as AI Builder, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Microsoft Copilot to automate and optimize processes.
– Software Pioneering: Continuously explore and evaluate the latest software solutions to keep our business processes up-to-date and ahead of the curve.
– AI Integration: Implement artificial intelligence to automate tasks and improve decision-making where applicable.
– Website Mastery: Oversee website updates and development, ensuring they reflect the latest information and user-friendly experience.
– Workflow Documentation: Create comprehensive video tutorials and documentation to educate team members on newly created workflows.
– AI Training Program: Develop an AI training program and an employee environment that aligns with our company’s specific needs.
– Technology Trailblazing: Stay current with emerging technologies, particularly within the Microsoft ecosystem.

Work Details and Compensation:
Hours per Week: Full-time, 40 hours or more.
Hourly Rate: Starting at $5/hr or higher, commensurate with experience.
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM US Central Time.
