In this key role, you’ll be instrumental in shaping our workforce, finding the best talent in the industry, and contributing to our continued success.

Your Role:
– Own the end-to-end recruitment process.
– Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter Professional for talent search and engagement.
– Communicate effectively with candidates and coordinate the interview process.
– Meticulously review and prepare resumes for client presentation.
– Organisation of team events and support for other tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our organisation.
– We’re looking for the best in the industry.

Your Skills:
– A whiz at LinkedIn Recruiter Professional, with a knack for keyword search.
– A solid tech background, with deep insights into the IT and Cyber Security sectors.
– Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
– Highly organised, adaptable, and able to juggle multiple tasks seamlessly.
– Experience in the Australian Job market is preferable.

Requirements:
– Ability to work remotely with a stable internet connection for audio/video communications.
– This role is full time, 40 hours per week and requires exclusive commitment to our organisation, without engagement in simultaneous employment elsewhere.
