Position: Sales Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate technical solutions.
2. Develop comprehensive proposals that outline the technical scope and business value of proposed projects.
3. Assist in the scoping and pricing of projects, ensuring alignment with customer objectives and technical feasibility.
4. Conduct product demos, technical presentations, and customer training sessions.
5. Serve as a liaison between the sales and technical teams, facilitating seamless communication and project handoff.
6. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and competitive landscape.
7. Provide technical input for sales collateral, including case studies, whitepapers, and other marketing materials.

Key Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Experience in a Sales Engineer, Systems Engineer, or related technical role.
• Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity solutions, systems administration, networking, and related technologies.
• Strong presentation and client-facing skills.
