Job Title: Virtual Assistant – Technology Recruitment
Location: Remote (UK hours)

Position Overview: We are seeking a Virtual Assistant with a strong background in technology recruitment to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the recruitment process, requiring excellent organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and proficiency in market research. A deep understanding of technology, proficiency in Excel, and the ability to contribute innovative ideas are essential. The ideal candidate will also have hands-on experience with recruitment software, expert Boolean search skills, and familiarity with tools like Canva.
Responsibilities:
1. Organizational Excellence:
• Efficiently manage schedules, appointments, and deadlines.
• Maintain organized documentation and data management.
2. Market Research:
• Conduct in-depth market research within the healthcare technology sector.
3. Technology Awareness and Innovation:
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of technology trends, particularly in healthcare.
• Contribute creative and innovative ideas to enhance business processes.
4. Recruitment Software Management:
• Utilize recruitment software for candidate and client management.
• Lead cleanup, updates, and maximize the functionality of recruitment software.
• Employ software for marketing initiatives and mailshots.
5. Boolean Expertise:
• Utilize advanced Boolean search techniques for effective candidate sourcing.
6. LinkedIn Recruiter:
• Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter for candidate sourcing, engagement, and networking.
7. Candidate Management:
• Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Manage candidate relationships, ensuring a positive experience.
8. Offer Management:
• Handle offer management, negotiations, and related documentation.
9. CV Matching and Rating:
• Match CVs against job specifications and rate candidates accordingly.
• Demonstrate expertise in CV formatting for presentation to clients.
Requirements:
1. Must be Degree educated
1. Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
2. Strong market research experience, particularly within healthcare technology.
3. Fluent in Excel and proficient in other Microsoft Office applications.
4. Technologically aware with a keen interest in staying updated on industry trends.
5. Familiarity with Canva and willingness to explore other recruitment and AI tools.
6. Outstanding English language skills (written and verbal).
7. Ability to work during UK hours.
8. Experience with recruitment software, including cleanup, updates, and maximizing functionality.
9. Expertise in Boolean search techniques.
10. Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter.
11. Previous responsibility for candidate and offer management.
12. Proficient in CV formatting for professional presentation.
