Technology Recruitment- VA

We are a rapidly growing recruitment agency in the tech sector, and we are looking for an experienced Technical Recruitment Virtual Assistant to support our team with sourcing, screening, and placing candidates. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical understanding of the industry and be familiar with various recruitment techniques. As a Technical Recruitment VA, you will work remotely and collaborate with our team to ensure that our clients receive the best talent available.

Responsibilities:

Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking
Screen and assess candidate resumes and portfolios to ensure that they meet the technical requirements of the role
Conduct initial interviews and technical assessments to determine a candidate’s technical skills and suitability for the role
Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process and provide feedback when necessary
Collaborate with the team to ensure that client needs are met and that suitable candidates are identified and presented for open positions
Develop and maintain relationships with clients and candidates to ensure that we have a strong pool of talent available
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and recruitment techniques to ensure that we are providing the best possible service to our clients
Requirements:

At least 2 years of experience as a Technical Recruitment VA or similar role in the tech industry
Strong technical understanding of the industry and various programming languages, frameworks, and tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Familiarity with various recruitment tools and techniques
Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field is preferred, but not required
