* Australian Aboriginal Culture focused camp programs (On Country Camps)
* Camps for young people who have significant and permanent disabilities (NDIS Camps)

ROLE DESCRIPTION
As the Tech Systems Administrator and Automation Specialist, you will be a cornerstone in our company that ensures the seamless operation of our technology infrastructure. Your role encompasses 3 major components:
1. Designing and Optimizing our Technology Stack (45%)
• Set up and integrate software stacks tailored to our specific needs. This includes payroll software, finance, CRM’s, marketing software, project management tools, operational software and more.
• Manage all integrations and oversee Zapier workflows for enhanced efficiency.
• Ensure the smooth functioning of Ontraport CRM systems.
• Implement and oversee AI functionalities to drive automation.
• Maintaining documentation of our software stack
2. Process Improvement and Automations (45%)
• Design and implement weekly reporting mechanisms.
• Create and maintain dashboards for real-time analytics.
• Streamline customer journey processes through automated templates and folder organization.
• Spearhead payroll automation initiatives for scalability.
• Automate staff onboarding systems to aid an employee skills database.
• Maintain documentation of our automations
3. Ensure online cybersecurity (10%)
• Set up our cybersecurity systems and processes that enable our company and staff follow cybersecurity best practise
• Ensure our operational processes and workflows follow best practise cybersecurity
Your Main KPI’s will include reducing our operational expenses per staff member (as a % of revenue), while boosting our staff’s work satisfaction ratings. Basically, you need to implement technology (largely AI focused) to make the working lives of our team members satisfyingly easier.
The Ideal Candidate will be a person who:
• Demonstrates expertise in designing, maintaining and keeping documentation on technology stacks.
• Possesses a strong command of automation tools and processes, including Zapier experience
• LOVES to build graphical workflows and gets a bit nerdy about it!
• Has experience using CRM automations, bonus for Ontraport experience
• Has a keen interest and is at the forefront of AI apps.
• Has some experience or understanding about coding and development
• Is a good English communicator both written and on live video
• Is highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.
Other Requirements:
– Stable internet connection with a minimum standard of 20 mbps download / 5 mbps upload
– Life-long learner with a thirst for knowledge
– Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team
The role is fulltime 1 year contract, with a possible opportunity to extend to permanent after the year. However, for the right candidate we are flexible to accommodate 4 days per week if you prefer, or work with you around specific work requirements you may have. Our physical office is located in Everard Park, South Australia 5035, and we work in the Adelaide time zone, which is 6:30am – 3:00pm in the Philippines. We welcome applicants who prefer to work from home, to skip the commute to work.

– Base salary (paid twice a month): Php 80,000 – Php 120,000 (depending on qualifications and experience)
