Demo Booking for a technology Solution
Shift Timing: US Business Hours

We are seeking proactive and results-driven individuals to join our team as Telecallers. The primary responsibility of this role is to engage potential customers over the phone, qualify leads, and schedule product demos for our sales representatives. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop sales skills, work in a dynamic team environment, and contribute to the growth of our technology products.

Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calling: Place outbound calls to potential customers provided by the company, following established scripts & demo booking process
Product Knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of our technology products and their features, benefits, and value proposition to effectively communicate with prospects.
Appointment Setting: Schedule product demos and appointments for our sales representatives based on the qualification criteria and availability of the prospect.
Follow-up: Conduct timely follow-up calls with prospects who have expressed interest but are not yet ready to schedule a demo. Nurture leads through ongoing communication to move them through the sales pipeline.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in outbound telemarketing, sales, or customer service roles preferred.
hospitality background would be an added advantage.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and persuade prospects over the phone.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with prospects quickly.
Goal-oriented mindset with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Familiarity with CRM systems or spreadsheet software for data entry and record-keeping.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and willingness to learn and improve sales techniques.

Additional Information:
Training will be provided on our products, sales processes, and CRM system.
Candidates are expected to have a private & quiet workspace, Laptop, uninterrupted power, and a high-speed internet connection
