Job Overview:
We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Telemarketer to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities:
1. Cold Calling: Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients to generate leads and promote our real estate investment opportunities, fundraising initiatives, and mortgage loan products.
2. Marketing: Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our products and services to potential clients, highlighting key selling points and addressing any inquiries.
3. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities by understanding client needs, offering tailored solutions, and establishing rapport to foster long-term relationships.
4. Real Estate Investing: Educate potential clients on real estate investment opportunities, explain investment strategies, and guide them through the process of making informed investment decisions.
5. Fundraising: Engage in fundraising campaigns, providing information about the causes or projects being supported and encouraging contributions from individuals or organizations.
6. Mortgage Loan Originations: Discuss mortgage loan options, interest rates, and terms with potential borrowers, guiding them through the application process and addressing any concerns.
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience as a telemarketer or in a similar sales role.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
4. Knowledge of real estate investing, fundraising, and mortgage loan originations is a plus.
5. Results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
6. Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
7. Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes.
Requirements:
