**Key Responsibilities:**
– Conduct outbound calls to potential clients in Australia to introduce Silvans Facility Services and assess their cleaning needs.
– Generate and qualify leads through proactive prospecting and effective communication.
– Schedule appointments for our sales team to meet with potential clients.
– Maintain detailed and accurate records of calls, client interactions, and sales activities in our CRM system.
– Follow up with potential clients to nurture relationships and convert leads into sales opportunities.
– Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and the latest company services and offerings.
– Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies for lead generation and conversion.

**Qualifications:**
– Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or a related field, preferably within the commercial cleaning industry.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong phone presence.
– Ability to build rapport quickly with potential clients and handle objections effectively.
