Job Description

Role: We are looking for an enthusiastic Telemarketer to generate appointments by cold calling and online marketing .

A successful telemarketer must be friendly and persuasive. The ideal candidate will also be patient and cool-tempered to deal with aggressiveness. The goal is to promote business growth by expanding the company’s clientele.

“We are accepting applications from Metro Manila and nearby provinces only.”

Principal Responsibilities:

– Tracking customer contact lists
– Cold call and set appointments daily to various niche markets; meet target goals
– Use scripts to provide information about products and services
– Record the customer’s personal information accurately in a computer system
– Record all calls in EPIC
– Following up with previous clients to schedule appointments
– Maintains an organized and updated records for leads
– Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota.
– Research, manage, and maintain lists of potential client
– Organize, track and maintain leads data, data entry and company contact list
– Calling our warm leads using the CRM provided to you
– Develop strong and ongoing relationships with prospect clients
– Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects
– Adding contact information to EPIC and Hubspot
– Prospect and qualify new opportunity to set up appointments
– Responsible in initiating outbound, inbound calls and handling email communication
– Ensure each prospective client and potential customer has a positive experience with our company
– Updating EPIC with notes and next actions
– Marketing on LinkedIn and Alignable
– Help support the marketing department
– Help do regular call audits and quality assurance
– Others duties as assigned

Requirements and skills:

– Proven experience as telemarketer or similar sales/ customer service role
– Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationship
– Proficient in English and strong communication skills, both oral and written
– Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints
– Persistent and result-oriented
– Patient and able to handle customer rejection
– Tech savvy
– Ability to find successful leads

Education / Experience:

? High school diploma required
? College degree preferred but not mandatory
? Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
? Knowledge of CMS systems/HubSpot a plus
