Key Responsibilities:
1. Respond to incoming leads via phone call to qualify them. Excellent phone skills are a must.
2. Manage the qualified leads in the CRM so that they are properly entered and tagged.
3. Cold calling contacts, as needed.

4. Great phone presence to be able to talk professionally with a seller to build a rapport
5. Great internet connection
6. Ability to work US work hours

Real estate experience is highly desirable. You MUST HAVE experience talking to leads via phone. ONLY APPLY with your response to these three PRE-INTERVIEW questions.

Time Commitment: 20-30 hours per week, dependent on lead volume. There’s potential for earning a bonus based on closed deals. Only apply if you can commit to being in this role for at least 6 months. Depending on business growth, the potential for converting to full-time.
