Your Mission:

Direct Outreach: Embark on a mission of growth and opportunity as you proactively connect with potential clients, unveiling the benefits of our solutions. Each call is a step towards crafting lasting business relationships.

Lead Generation: Strategize and execute plans to identify and capture leads, ensuring a consistent pipeline for business opportunities.

Support Activities: Engage in activities that enhance your primary mission—researching prospects, optimizing call scripts, and managing follow-ups to maximize your success rate.

Who You Are:
You are a visionary with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and at least two years of stellar performance in sales, especially in B2B markets. Your communication is persuasive and professional, making every interaction count. With a knack for digital platforms like LinkedIn, you turn connections into opportunities.

Work Schedule: 32.5 hours per week (9:30 AM to 4:30 PM EDT, Monday through Friday)

Compensation and Rewards:
– Base Hourly Wage: $5/hour
– Performance Bonus: Additional $5 daily for making over 100 calls per day
– Booking Bonus: $10 for each meeting you successfully book

Enhanced Earning Potential for Qualified Bookings:
– 10 bookings per week: Additional $100 weekly
– 20 bookings per week: Additional $200 weekly
– 30 bookings per week: Additional $300 weekly

This is reflective of the significant and recurring profit share of 15% to 35% you will receive on the net profit for every deal you close and manage.
