Position: Real Estate Telemarketer – Home Seller Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Telemarketer with a specific focus on engaging home sellers. As a Home Seller Specialist, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential home sellers, understanding their needs, and scheduling appointments for our expert listing agents.

Responsibilities:

Outbound Calls: Initiate calls to homeowners who may be interested in selling their properties.

Lead Qualification: Gather essential information about the property and the seller’s motivation to sell.

Education and Engagement: Provide information on our real estate services and guide home sellers through the selling process.

Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for our listing agents based on the seller’s availability.

Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all interactions and prospect data using our CRM system.

Collaboration: Work closely with me to ensure smooth communication and handover of qualified leads.

Requirements:

Experience: Preferred experience in telemarketing with a specific focus on calling home sellers.

Communication Skills: Clear and concise verbal communication skills.

Empathy: Ability to understand and empathize with the needs and concerns of potential home sellers.

Negotiation Skills: Ability to encourage qualified leads to schedule appointments.

CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and lead management systems.

Self-Motivation: Goal-oriented and able to thrive in a target-driven environment.
