Job Description

WORK LOCATION: Remote, Work from Home – Philippines

AVAILABILITY: Can join immediately

CONTRACT: Full Time / Commission Based

WORK SCHEDULE:

Monday – Friday / 9 am to 6 pm SGD time

SALARY & BENEFITS:

Full Time: Php 30,000 – 42,000 (basic monthly fee/starting rate) depending on skills and experience
Commission and bonus awarded for successful clients

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Proficiency in computer usage
Good command of spoken English
Stable internet connection with at least 10 Mbps speed
Noise-cancellation headset
Prior telemarketing experience is an added advantage

JOB DESCRIPTION:

– Cold calling clients in Singapore to set up appointments
– Introduce company products and services to potential leads
– To initiate cold calling to build up the customer’s database
– Engage prospects in friendly and persuasive conversation to understand their needs and tailor product/service offerings accordingly
– Qualify leads and pass them on to the sales team for further conversion
– Schedule appointments for the sales team and confirm any previously scheduled appointments
– Conduct online searches for lead generation via business directories, LinkedIn, or other sources
– Maintain detailed records of calls, including follow-ups and customer feedback
– Keep accurate records of customer interactions and update the customer database with relevant information
– Prospect and generate additional leads: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through social media, and online lead-generation activities
– Lead database maintenance
