Telemarketer/Appointment Setter

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Telemarketer/Appointment Setter to help expand our client base and generate new business opportunities. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting outbound calls to potential clients, introducing our services, and setting appointments for our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Experience in Cold Calling and Hospitality Industry is a Big “PLUS” but not a requirement.

Key Responsibilities:

-Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce MMJ Hotel Housekeeping and Janitorial Services and generate interest in our offerings.
-Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to identify their needs and determine how our services can address them.
-Articulate the value proposition of our services and overcome objections to secure appointments for our sales team.
-Maintain accurate records of all interactions and appointments in our CRM system.
-Meet or exceed daily targets for setting appointments and generating leads (at least 1(one) appointment a day.
-Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of appointments and provide any necessary follow-up information.

Requirements:
-Must have a Computer/Laptop

-Zoom installed
-Knowledgeable in Lead Generation
-Knowledgeable in Appointment Setting
