JOB TITLE: TELEMARKETER & APPOINTMENT SETTER

HIRING COMPANY: EliteInsure Ltd. is a high-end, new-tech, Insurance Brokerage Firm with its headquarters in New Zealand & teams spread across Asia. Our company has experienced exponential growth with outsourcing and has an established, yet expanding team in the Philippines since its inception on March 2016. We are currently looking for a TELEMARKETER to be part of our growing team. This opportunity is for a skilled & experienced Telemarketer and lead generator who has worked online and can help enhance the branding & exposure of the company.

FILIPINOS BASED IN THE PHILIPPINES WILL BE CONTACTED
WORK LOCATION: Remote, work from home-Philippines
AVAILABILITY: Can join immediately
CONTRACT: Full Time / Part Time Commission Based
WORK SCHEDULE: Monday – Friday / 5 am to 2 pm MNL time
Sat: 5am – 9am PHT (if weekly target not achieved)

SALARY & BENEFITS:
WORK SCHEDULE: Monday – Friday / 5 am to 2 pm MNL time
FULL TIME:
• Php. 25-40K (basic monthly fee/starting rate) depending on skills and experience.
• Bonus – based on targets achieved
• Yearly Salary increase
• Chance for salary increase after Performance Reviews
• Paid PH Holidays

WORK SCHEDULE: Monday – Friday / 4PM to 8PM New Zealand time
PART TIME:
• Php. 12500-20000K (basic monthly fee/starting rate) depending on skills and experience.
• Bonus – based on targets achieved
• Yearly Salary increase
• Chance for salary increase after Performance Reviews
• Paid PH Holidays

WORK SCHEDULE: Monday – Friday Anytime between 9AM to 8PM New Zealand time
COMMISSION BASED:
• 35 New Zealand Dollars per seen appointments.
• 150-250 NZ Dollars per issued policy
• Bonus – based on targets achieved
• Chance for salary increase after Performance Reviews
• Paid PH Holidays

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Ability to use a computer
• Good command of spoken English
• stable and at least 10 Mbps internet speed
• Noise cancellation headset
• Prior telemarketing experience will be an added advantage

JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Cold calling clients in New Zealand and set up appointments.
• LEAD mining
• Lead Database maintenance
