We are a leading provider of professional seminars focused on crucial financial and legal topics for older consumers. Our seminars cover a wide range of subjects, including wills, lasting powers of attorney (LPAs), trusts, care fees, and inheritance tax. We aim to educate and empower older adults to make informed decisions about their financial and legal affairs. We are currently seeking a motivated and results-driven Telemarketer to join our team and help us arrange these informative seminars for business organisations to present to their customers.

Job Description:
As a Telemarketer, you will play a crucial role in promoting our seminars to organisations that cater to older consumers. Your primary responsibility will be to reach out to potential business clients, such as retirement homes, financial advisers, and other relevant businesses, introduce our seminar offerings, and encourage them to host our seminars for their customers. You will be the first point of contact, representing our company with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Key Responsibilities:
Cold Calling: Conduct outbound calls to organisations such as retirement homes, financial advisers, and other relevant businesses to introduce our seminars.
Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential business clients that cater to older consumers.
Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with business clients to encourage them to host our seminars.
Information Sharing: Provide detailed information about the seminar topics, including wills, LPAs, trusts, care fees, and inheritance tax.
Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls and emails to ensure successful seminar arrangements and address any client inquiries.

Must-Haves:
Mature: Demonstrate a mature approach and professional demeanour in all interactions.
Telemarketing Experience: Previous experience in telemarketing and sales.
Excellent Spoken English: Exceptional verbal communication skills with a very clear accent, ensuring effective and professional communication with UK organisations.

Key Qualifications:
Experience: Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service.
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and persuasively.
Organisational Skills: Strong organisational and time-management abilities, with a focus on meeting deadlines and managing multiple tasks.
Customer Focus: A customer-centric approach with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Tech Savvy: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Remote Work: Comfortable working remotely and managing tasks independently.

Working Hours:
UK time zone, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
