You will be joining an established telemarketing team to promote our solutions and enhance our B2B database.
As a Telemarketer you are the first point of contact with many of our customers and play a key role in creating brand awareness. It is our expectation that you will have quality conversations with our customers, matching the right product and service to their needs, ensuring a great customer experience. The role offers diversity by having elements of data entry, data qualification and leads generation. The role offers the right person a starting point for a great sales and service focused career within METTLER TOLEDO.

Candidates with Business Administration, Commerce or similar qualifications or experience are highly regarded as they are able to adapt and evolve conversations with their customer. Skills & Experience required:
· Good communication skills – can speak confidently over the phone
· Able to research opportunities before you pick up the phone, so you can make SMART calls
· Not afraid to speak with people from all walks of life with confidence and must enjoy speaking with people and building trusted relationships
· Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.
· At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
· Highly organized and self-motivated
Your day to day activities & responsibilities will focus in the following areas:
· Identify sales and service opportunities that add value to our customers and increase brand awareness
· Qualification of existing database
· Referring customers to our product and application specialists
· Maintain and enhance database (CRM) – including creation of new accounts, contacts and leads
· Performing other job related tasks
