We are seeking a passionate and highly motivated Telemarketer to join our Outbound Sales Team in Australia.
Position: Telemarketer for Outbound Calls
Location: Remote (based)
Type: Part-time
Salary: Competitive, with performance bonuses
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients in the Australian market to promote our HR software solution.
Identify decision-makers within targeted leads to begin the sales process.
Maintain and expand the database of prospects.
Provide information about the product and explain the benefits and features.
Use scripts to provide information about product features, pricing, and potential benefits to the customer.
Follow up on initial contacts and nurture relationships to move opportunities to close.
Update customer relationship management software with the latest data.
Work in collaboration with the sales and marketing teams to optimize strategies and outreach.
Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 1-2 years of telemarketing or outbound call center experience.
Must be eligible to work in Australia.
Excellent communication skills; fluent in English.
Ability to deliver a clear and compelling message over the phone.
Experience in B2B sales is a plus.
Basic understanding of Human Resources and related software products.
Proficient with CRM software and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a quick learner.
