Job Description

We are on the lookout for a talented and motivated Telemarketer to become a key player in our expanding team. This role is crucial for our telemarketing operations, focusing on the engagement and conversion of leads. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a proven track record in telesales or telemarketing, and an ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment. This position needs to be filled urgently, and the successful candidate will be expected to commence work immediately.

Responsibilities:
– Conduct outbound telemarketing calls to potential clients, effectively to introduce our products/services and secure sales or appointments.
– Utilize scripts to provide information about product’s features, prices, etc., and present their benefits to prospects.
– Answer potential clients’ questions about products or the company clearly and professionally.
– Maintain records of calls and sales, noting useful information in our CRM system.
– Achieve or exceed specified sales targets.
– Handle customer objections or complaints by providing effective solutions or escalating them appropriately.
– Stay informed about the products/services and the industry to effectively answer questions and provide accurate information.
– Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve telemarketing techniques and strategies.

Requirements:
– Excellent PH verbal communication skills.
– Previous experience in telemarketing, telesales, or a similar role, with a demonstrated ability to meet sales targets.
– Strong listening and negotiation skills.
– Ability to handle rejection and remain professional and positive.
– Proficiency with CRM software and telephone systems.
– Ability to quickly learn and understand product/service details and benefits.
– Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

Working Schedule:
– Monday to Friday (flexible hours may be discussed; alternative working days may also be considered).
– Time tracking during the probation period.
– Communication and coordination primarily through Slack.
– Must be available and responsive during agreed-upon working hours.
