Telemarketer/Receptionist/Data Entry Virtual Employee

Location: Remote -Must be able to work US-Arizona 9am-5pm Monday-Friday

This role is crucial to our operations, ensuring that our clients receive the best service possible.

#### Key Responsibilities:

**Telemarketing:**
– Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our insurance products and services.
– Schedule appointments for insurance agents with potential clients.
– Follow up on leads generated through various marketing campaigns.
– Maintain a detailed record of calls and outcomes in our CRM system.

Receptionist Duties:
– Answer incoming calls and route them to the appropriate department or individual.
– Provide general information to callers about our services and products.
– Manage and organize the virtual reception area to ensure smooth communication.

Data Entry:
– Accurately enter client information and insurance policy details into our database.
– Update existing client records with new information as needed.
– Ensure data integrity and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
– Generate reports and provide administrative support to the team as required.

Qualifications:
– Previous experience in telemarketing, reception, or data entry is preferred.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
– Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– High attention to detail and accuracy.
– Familiarity with insurance industry terminology is a plus but not required.
