Job Description

Telemarketer, Sales representative & Social media manager/ internet researcher to handle day-to-day social media outreach
We’re a small but growing, medical Spa and clinic in Richmond Hill, Ontario, Canada looking for a bright, diligent, and patient virtual assistant / internet researcher to handle day-to-day social media outreach (copying and pasting pre-written messages, then notifying the president and conveying interested leads) email management, following up the leads.

This position has three primary responsibilities:

1. Day-to-day social media outreach (copying and pasting pre-written messages, then notifying the president and conveying interested leads)

2. Daily SEO research and update

3. Following up the leads (advanced English is required). Other simple Virtual Assistant requests as they may arise.

Our business and our industry are quickly evolving, and we need someone who is willing to be flexible, learn new processes and software when needed, and, from time to time, have minor changes in job responsibilities as the business requires.

After an extended period of growth over the last couple years, we’re now focusing on systematizing and adding efficiency to our current operation. This is where a VA comes in. We’ve identified several extremely important yet time-consuming activities that we’ve decided to systematize and delegate to a Virtual Assistant. We want this individual to be just as much a part of the team as the rest of us in the office. We’ll have regular communication with you as the data and updates you provide will be critical to keep our operation running smoothly.
We communicate with email, phone, Whatsapp and Zoom when needed, and we provide documented work instructions via Google Docs and videos.

We will teach you the appropriate timeline, follow up process, and reporting procedure for helping us ensure that these important documents get where they need to go without any bottlenecks.

Our successful candidate will have:

· Proficiency in social media platforms (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram)

· Sales experience and advanced English
Customer service experience

· Microsoft or Google Drive experience

· Motivated, eager to learn, looking to grow within the company

· Be coachable and willing to learn SEO on your own. (We provide online courses for you to study on your own time)

Also:

-Desire to be a valued member of team with a critically important role

-Strong English speaking and writing skills

-Ability to follow directions

-Ability to take a task and create it minimal supervision

-Punctuality and consistency

-Strong internet research skills

-Mastery of Google Docs / Sheets

-Ability to use Zoom and Loom with video conferencing when needed

-Ability to think critically
